Mud Island: Zombie Apocalypse

Poplar Island (AKA Mud Island) rises out of the Chesapeake Bay as it’s rebuilt by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers using dredged mud from the Baltimore Harbor which lies about 30 miles (about 48 kilometers) north of the island.

There is a secret government laboratory located on                 Mud Island.  There are reports that the Zombie Virus originated from the island.  Conspiracy chatter claim that the government was working on biochemical weapons and this outbreak occurred.  It's currently unknown how the virus spread to the mainland. 

Numerous reports are being broadcasted of "zombie like attacks" all across the                United States.

The CDC denies there could be a pandemic (Z1H1-VIRUS) emerging among the populace.   

Reports state the virus starts out as red-purple-gray lesions on the skin.  Most transmissions are via bites from infected individuals.
